Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Alpha Release Status

Redlight is currently in **ALPHA**. This means the software is experimental, likely to contain bugs, and may experience downtime or data inaccuracies. By using it, you acknowledge that the service is "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Redlight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the service.

3. No Financial Advice & Risk of Loss

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER:

Redlight is a data aggregation and analysis tool. It is NOT a financial advisor. The signals, scores, and predictions provided are for informational purposes only.

FALSE ALARMS ARE DESIGNED:

The system optimizes for **Recall** (catching crashes), which mathematically guarantees false positives. You acknowledge that "Red" signals will occur without subsequent market drops. This is a design feature, not a defect. We explicitly disclaim liability for any financial loss incurred by acting on the system's output.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The algorithms, code, design, and data of Redlight are proprietary. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Redlight or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Oslo, Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
